Catalyze Career Development for High Achievers Meetups: How to mentor and how to be mentored?

How to mentor and how to be mentored?

World Chicago Catalyze Alumni group is a group of high achievers, young professionals, who have already demonstrated their skills in various fields. In this highly competitive and fast changing world, there is no time to stand still, and one of the main hallmarks of high achievers is Lifelong learning. This is why we are organising Catalyze Career Development for High Achievers Meetups, a series of 3 meetups to be held on suitable topics so we can grow personally and professionally.

The topic of the third meetup isHow to mentor and how to be mentored? The findings show that mentoring is fundamental to founder education and success of the startup. Also for one’s personal career development, the right mentor can make it faster and better in a shorter time. But the process of mentoring is hard. On one hand it is hard to find a mentor and be a good mentee, but on the other hand it is hard to be a good mentor. During this meetup we would like to focus our efforts to help alumnus to become better mentors and mentees so that they can catalyze their career in the right direction.

The third meetup will take place on October 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. We hereby invite all World Chicago Catalyze Alumni to join us at our first event. There will be an opportunity to to NETWORK, LEARN and GROW.

Project Marketplace

Many interesting projects are being done by Catalyze alumni group members that have the potential to scale in the region. Therefore, at this meetup, we want to give an opportunity to three alumni to present the projects they are working on. After the presentations, we will open breakout rooms for pitched projects to do networking and business conversations with all who are interested in their project.

>>PROJECTS can be from the various sectors and topics.<<
